Any actions of infringement, copying, plagiarism, theft, reproduction and redistribution for purposes other than advancing
the business and scientific interests of the above will be met with legal and public actions for restitution, recovery
and awards for damages incurred by such actions.
Please note especially the following: there is no solicitation or request for donations to be made to IIS that is apart from
the fully legal, moral, ethical procedures to be followed in accordance with United Stated law and with the laws of
the Commonwealth of Virginia. The Institute aims to be self-sufficient as soon as possible and to provide a high-standards example of how to
properly do scientific research and development in an exconomical and frugal manner, in keeping with principles of simplicity and honesty in all
manner of discipline and accountability. At present (January, 2010) the only person to be contacted about IIS business and legal structure
is Dr. Martin Dudziak of Richmond (Henrico), Virginia. There is absolutely no association of IIS with persons representing
themselves as "TETRADYN Applied Bio Cyber Sciences" or in any other form, from Charlotte, NC and including persons who claim to
have a company or companies using intellectual property and technology developed by TETRADYN or
the Institute. There is no association whatsoever with Messrs. Jerry Obermoller, Joe McGinnis, or James Barker in IIS.
